Ok all you smart folks

Our 911 Director told me that before we can get rid of some 800 equipment we arent using that I needed to go on Motorolas web site and there was a place I could put in ser# and mod# and see if its "upgradeable" (I guess for rebanding) anyway I cant find a place on Motorola site to do that (I did find some info) but nowhere to put in mod#s

Anybody know what / where this is?

Hi Joe, I haven't see a tool on Motorola's website that allows you input the model#, but take a look at this link:

My guess is that your system is in Category B or Category C.
