I have two different Astro Saber III's. They are the same model number, but have different flash codes and system packages. (one is a H35 and the other is a H38) I would like to clone all the personalitys from the old VSELP radio to the new IMBE radio. Can this be done? I sure do not want to setup 200 personalitys in the new radio.

A regular clone will not work but drop and drag should. Just run through everything after the drag and drop and make sure it took correctly. This is if your using CPS. If your using DOS no can do.
