What compression tool are you fellas using to crimp the terminals on the wire that slips into the accessory connector? I'm looking for something specifically designed for this application. The solder I apply is no problem. However, I've used handtools such as needle-nose pliers on the strain relief with no success. The terminal becomes distorted, and will not seat into the connector.

I use the "A" slot on the Delphi Weatherpak crimper and it works perfect.

I use the Molex universal crimp tool p/n 63811-1000, DigiKey p/n WM9999-ND. The 1.4 mm and 1.6 mm crimps are just right for the conductor and insulation crimps on 22 or 24 AWG wire. And the DigiKey price is much better than the 'original' AMP production crimp tool....$50.75 from DigiKey, and you can use it for any pin or wire size Molex connector too.
