CPS quesion

Post by arlojanis »

I updated my CPS for CP and CM models. Now when I click on open file, the label says Look in: Commercial Series CPS. I can change it to MY Documents and see the files. How do I make My Documents the default place to look for files. My computer runs on Windows 98 first edition.

What radios do you own?: HT1550's, X9000's, CDM1550's

once you open one file there it should go back the next time. i'm running millennium and mine goes back to the last folder used.

Same here using Windows 2000...the program 'remembers' the last folder I looked in for codeplugs.

Otherwise, there are no settings in the CPS to define the default path.

This is an Acer laptop it that makes any difference. It does not remember any more. Pro series is OK. Just CPS for CP and CM has the problem.

If you look at the HTML information file on the distribution CD, they state that one of the known issues is no default file path. Presumably this will be fixed in future releases.
