right now i have a 1-4 wave vhf and a 1-4 wave uhf antenna.

they are next to eachouther on my roof and the difference between the two are starting to get at me. i was looking at antennexs website and saw there low profile vhf antenna, whitch stands at the same size as my uhf antenna. i was told that they have the same rx and tx by a friend of mine but i was wondering what you guys have heard about the low-profile antennas.

I tried the TRAT antenna on high band which is the non wideband version that Antenex has and it basically sucks although it did at least work so it could be used close in where signals are strong. Basically think rubber duck for a car

That antenna is sitting on the shelf gathering dust now.
