HT1000 operators manual

does anyone know where i can find a copy of a Ht1000 operators manual ? i can't get a hit off of the web. i am dusting off 4 of them that have sat in a closet for several years and don't know what some of the buttons/switches are capable of...thanks in advance

you are probablly going to have to get them read to tell you what they do, it all depends on how someone programmed them, each button and switch is capable of multiple things.

HLA is correct: the user's manual just tells you that you may or may not have a feature depending on how the radio is programmed.

On an HT1000, the first thing to decide is how the A-B-C switch will be used. For my money, in 99% of cases, the most useful setup is "Repeat w/Scan, Repeat w/o Scan, Direct."

The green side button is usually programmed as nuisance delete (which also serves as a "select" toggle if user scan list programability is provided, something I do NOT recommend with an HT1000).
