Hello
I'm just wondering if I purchase this lead off ebay, is the right type for an M120?
I've never seen one like this before with no box, but it is serial not parallel.
It seems pretty genuine to me, but I want to check with you guys first before spending my hard earned cash

Thank you very much

This is a ribless cable....they are easy to build. BTW....several years ago I bought a Kenwood programmer from this guy. It was complete junk!

also got a less-than-reliable CDM programming cable from him about 2 years ago...bad crimping.
considering how easy these style of connectors are...if you have a rib...make your own endcables.

I like my RIB from radiostew. It has the RJ-45 built in and uses a standard ethernet cable.

So even though it says 'ribless', it really isn't?
I will have to fork out another $20 to buy the next higher quality cable.
I was also going to buy a kenwood cable off him too, but you say they dont work?

I would rather just buy a cheap cable as long as I get two uses out of it. I have two radios to program and I will never need it again.
Will the cable I posted above in my first post work on an M120 with no 'RIB'?
twowaytek said it is ribless so that means it will work as is when it arrives?
I might sound dumb, but I'm new to Motorola radios
Thank you for helping me.

This seller is an assclown.
I tried THREE Kenwood ribless cables and NOT ONE worked. Then he wouldn't refund me. None of his cables are worth ten cents.
Stay away.

Thank you very much for your advice everyone.
I will not be purchasing any cables of this seller.
I have decided to go with this one instead, could you give me your opinion on it please?
It's only around $10 more and looks more professional.

Thanks again everyone
