M1225 capable of PTT ID?

I was just curious as to whether or not the M1225 can be programmed to transmit your identifier (PTT ID). my county dispatch center is going to begin using these county wide, and I want to know if I'm going to need to make a new investment or not. thanks.

No, it won't do MDC, but you can buy a board for $100-150 that will give you that capability.
edit: the name of the company that makes them slips me right now but it isn't /v\
