Wiring help needed.. TNA200 to i20r controller

I have a cdr wallmount repeater w/2 cdm750's and a i20r controller. looking to tone remote the repeater to a mc2000 deskset. main question is are they compatible w/each other? (the i20r and tna200) ifso, am I still able to have multi pl tones.
