RIB Question

I want to buy a RIB, and since nobody here has one for sale I have to look on Ebay. Some of them list that it will do an HT600E and I don't think the one I have is an "E", and I notice the schematic to build a programming cable on this site list an HT600E. Are the two the same as far as a RIB and program cable goes?
