Hello,
I would need to know approximately the retail pricing for the MCS2000 (Model III) and the discontinued Syntor 9000E.
Thank you !

Yeah, I know, that's why I can't get a retail pricing approximation for them...

your only real way will be to find someone who has them and haggle. NLA items usually are not offered retail.

Untrue, Motorola has these (editing in: MCS2000s only) on Excess Inventory so they are still available for the time being. Estimated "clearance" date is September 1, so unless somebody bought them out entirely you should be able to get your hands on some. Talk to your local dealer, if you weren't in Canada I'd be happy to see if I could help you.

Most of the MCS's in stock are model ones and are reserved as replacements for the spectra to be used for system watch and SCMS
The old spectra modems wont do renbnding whereas the MCS's will
XTL series has an rf modem option but it's not the same as System Watch needs

M01KLM9PW6_N/M01RLM9PW6 are the available part numbers, those are not model IIs afaik.

What I think MXC911 is asking, is how much those radios cost when they WERE available new, not what they would cost for purchase NOW. Like if you wanted to assess replacement value? Anyway, the initial cost varied due to options...
