GM600 Problems Codeplug Version incorrect

Hello,
i have 6 GM600 Mobile Radios and Problems to read this.
The Software Version is R 00.04.07 (28.01.1997)
The Box and the Com Port is checked so i have with other Radios no Problems to read and write.(GP300/MTS2000/MCS2000/GP340)
So all 6 Radios i will read the message come Codeplug Version incorrect.
The Radio Type is MD 534AB,Model M08RHF4CK3CN
