The option is greyed out in CPS.

The CPS help says:

ACCESSED ONLY:
When the radio is a non-display model.

Is there a way to make CPS do this on the HT1250?

i just looked thru my 1550 and it's blocked out too so it's not a firmware issue that will make it work. it would be nice tho, i don't always look at the display to see which channel the call was on and that would be nice. but motorola must see it as that if you have a display you don't need it. maybe they will add it in future firmware upgrades.
