Hello,

I am trying to program a P1225 I just got the other day VHF model and on the other radios you use a cable to connect to the small microphone hole where the microphone goes on the side of the radio.

Is that not the case on these?

If I'm wrong where do you go to program the radio and any special programming modes I need to know about

I have V 3.1 to attempt to program it.

No it programs through contacts 2 and 3 of the attached battery, not through the accy port.
