I had change something in the "Alignment menu" and may make it wrong.

OK, item 1, sounds like you have the "Forced Monitor" enabled. The beep lets you know you didnot Monitor first, enables carrier squelch or monitor. The second PTT is normal operation .

Item 2: Bad antenna contact, incorrect antenna, or the power settings have been fubared.
It is also posible if the radio receives OK, that the control transistor blew out, happens very often due to incorrect antenna, or bad antenna contact.

what frequency do you have programmed in TX and RX and if you are using a subtone , what is it?
what is the highest and lowest frequency the radio is able to have?
has the accessroies socket been changed?
read the radio and look at the alert settings.

I will try it tonight, but did anyone have the programming manual for GP300? Or did it have any default setting for it?
My GP300 Model is: P93YPC00C2AA
Because I don't really understand the setting inside the software.

There really isn't a default setting in the programming manual for the service side of the RSS. The settings you see for power output, deviation, reference oscillator, etc, are all "soft pots" and you need a service monitor to adjust these settings.
Hope that is helpful
