Sounds like a UHF Saber, Wide band, 12 channels, does scan, model 1.
Needs to be read with RSS to determine actual split.
Because it says securenet and it's UHF, I'd throw in a rough guess that it's probably 403-433 gov' split.

I assume you know you're dealing with a Saber.
Third digit in the model number (4) indicates UHF. To determine sub-split, you're going to have to read it or open 'er up and pull part numbers off the modules.

And it does NOT do scan. No Saber I scans, despite the
CN at the end of the ID number. The Saber coding data
is listed at
http://www.batlabs.com.

Well, you're in luck. That's for a 440-470 VCO/Synthesizer module.

thats the bandwith i wanted now i just need to get it programmed somewhere
maybe ill go see if i can get the des-xl pulled out of it and a dummy securenet installed for the programming
i am guessing only 12 channels capable

That's not necessary. When you have the radio programmed, have them add the option to omit the secure/clear switch and then program all the channels in the clear mode.

No need to remove the module, or to delete the clear/coded switch if you do not program any of the secure/clear options, then you can simply not use the toggle and the radio will operate like any clear mode radio.
Do NOT select secure mode slaved to a mode, or clear mode slaved to a mode under F4 radio options, it is unneccessary to select any of these, but you retain the function of secure capabilities on any channel/mode and you are not locked into a specific channel or zone for secure voice operation, it's a far better selection when you have flexibility should you have secure active and a key loaded.
You can also program the radio as a non secure model as well, this way, you will have a choice in the MDC/ANI options to use either PRE, POST or BOTH should you require MDC.
With secure radios, you get two choices...BEFORE or NONE, that's it.
Removal of the NTN5835x DES-XL module is not required to program the radio as it does not interfere with it in any fashion.
But in order to have any transmit audio, you MUST have a valid module installed, or the bypass(NTN4720).
