One of our C200 remotes does not receive any audio but will transmit. There was work done on our Main remote a MC2000. Is this just a receive level setting problem our is the C200 bad?

I found the problem I turned the rec pod and received audio in the hand set but none in the remote spaeker found the speaker was bad.
