I see that USA businesses/organizations can apply for for licenses for short-term use in Canada.

Does Canada have any itinerant frequencies designated, like we do in the USA, that do not require any coordination?

Also, how much is the application fee?

And, also, is it possible to have a longer-term license so we don't have to keep re-licensing once a year when we go to a yearly event in Ontario?

$15.40/month for a 30-day permit

There are itinerant channels available but it depends on where you go in Ontario.

There are frequencies for low power use-some high power ones too.Industry Canada does usually not get too upset if users are licenced on them or not although licencing is still required. The low power ones are 151.055,151.085,151.115,151.1,154.57.154.49.The high and low power ones are 167.73,170.94.On uhf 458.6625,464.6625,464.6875,464.7125,469.2625 are low and 462.5,467.55are high and low.Paul
