Has anybody used the new Minitor 5 (Aug 3-06)software release 1.4.0 ? We still have ongoing issues with false tripping and according to the software download, this is one of the areas that this new release is supposed to resolve. I just wanted to check to see if anybody actually performed it that had the same old boring issue with the Minitor 5. I hope to get one in the shop soon to upgrade and see how it corrects this problem. We utilize VHF for paging in our county system.

I don't know about the falsing, but it does have an option to make the write time slower when using a usb adaptor. I tried it out and it works just fine when set to 4 seconds. It never worked before.
