HELP ID MTX HT

I have a Motorola MTX HT that I need to ID what band it is on, how many channels, etc. It has a TT Pad on the front.
All it says on the front is MTX.
The Model # is:
H25JGB5170AN

FCC ID:
AZ489FT5667
