Minitor 3,4,5

Is it possible to program Minitor 3,4 or 5's that were originally programmed to operate on 152.0075 MHz so they will operate on 159.870MHz? I'm told that the programming software does not allow reprogramming above about 159.570 MHz. Is there a cost-effective firmware change or reprogramming to expand this range? This is for a fairly large volunteer firefighter network, so cost is a big consideration. On the other hand there is a large sunk investment in these pagers.
Thanks for any info, advice or assistance.

The Batlabs Minitor page has info on how to take the III and IV out of the specified bandsplit:

I'm not sure about the V...don't have any experience with it. Someone else on here may have the answer.

The Minitor V pager programming software shows the band splits as follows:
151.0000 - 158.9975
159.0000 - 166.9975
It seems like pagers that were originally programmed for 152.0075 would have been supplied in the lower band split and that your new frequency needs pagers in the upper band. That said, I don't know if the receiver section is somehow optimized for the different bands or if the difference between pagers in the different band splits is that the antennas are optimized for the different frequency. I'd kind of suspect the latter, but it seems like a fair question for a real, live technician to answer.
Good luck, in any case.
