Astro Saber Si

Has anybody ever had a Saber Si apart? will the display & housing work on a regular Astro Saber? [not the Si version]Thanks
the saber Si has just about nothing except *MAYBE* the physical LCD in common with the astro saber series radios.
the housing is unique - it's 1" shorter than an astro series saber.
the radio is a complete and utter bastard.
no parts support.
no rss support.
very very very limited documentation is available.
call motorola and they'll tell you it was never made.
there is a saber si thread about 10 posts below this one, please continue discussion there.
also - if you use the search function, you'll find many posts about the Si.
