Batboard

I just bought a few P50's on ebay without PL boards installed in them. I have a few P10's here that I want to swap PL boards out of and put them into the P50's. Question is, I've never taken these apart before. I don't want to crack the boards and end up having to buy new ones. Has anyone done this before that can give me a general idea of how to do this? It seems like the boards are being held down by double-sided foam take. Is this right?

Any help would be appreciated!
