Batboard

I am currently watching an auction on ebay for an MCS2000 VHF model II. The seller is stating, as well as the screen in the pic showing, a fail 01. The closest error I found on batlabs was a fail 001, which is the out of band or vco out of lock error. Is this radio worth my interest, or should I let it go? Any tips on the fix for it? Thanks
