Saber PTT help.

Hi all, I'm fairly sure this has been covered in one way or another before.- But I have tried to search for an answer, as well as reading through alot of different posts.
Ive already got a PTT for one of my sabers, but I need another one so I figured Id just copy the one I have. This seems to be easier said than done considering my fairly weak engineering-fu. Thus, Im hoping someone here would be so kind to help me.
To make this a little funnier, I made a drawing of how the PTT I have is hooked up. What I need help with is identifying the correct components that I need in form of zener diodes and such.
This is the way mine is hooked up. From what I gather, theres two zener diodes of unknown value as well as some other component tied between the opt sel and gnd. (This one is represented by the thing that looks like a LED
)
What I Would need to know is what kind of zener diodes I need to get down to the 1.24VDC needed to turn of the internal SPKR and MIC of the saber and where to put them. As well as what the thing between the OPT SEL and GND is in the PTT I already have is.
I also marked the anode end of the zener with the black stripe to easier ID the side. I Do not know if this is the way its done or not, but it made sense when I did it.
I wold be greatful if someone with the knowledge could help me out here, so I also made a version of my diagram without any wires painted on or any diodes in place.
All help would be greatly apprechiated.
