Coseplug error

Hi
When using RSS ver-b03.04.00,i try to read the Astro and after it done,it says" Validating Codeplug Please Wait"
Then it says: "Block type error a unrecoverable error has occured,prcessing can not contiue-180/53
Any clues as to whats causing this.
