I need to interface a 6809 403-440 Mhz Quantro to an external controller. Need Pinouts for COS, PTT, DISC, GND, TX AUDIO (Flat)

look in the manual in the appendix there is a section for RA/RT which has the pin outs you desire. i know the audio can be taken off of the line connections and PTT and COR are taken off of the 50 pin amphenol connector. i interfaced one to a low band mobile using a Link communications TCB-1.
