Does anyone know if a model 1.5 of the XTS2500 will support User Scan List editing (Smartnet)? We just got several and our guys doing the actual programming are saying they can't find a User Scan list edit option....

Yes, the model I and 1.5 does support it, and part of it seems to be undocumented.
If you assign scan to a side button, you can do a long press to get to the scan list program. Only problem is you have to change zones, press the ptt, or cycle power to the subscriber itself to get out of program mode.
You can also assign it to the a/b/c (unless you need that for zone select, then that is exclusive to the switch).
The other problem is that when you use the bank feature ( up to 96 modes ), you can't scroll between the two banks adding and deleting channels, you have to change banks, then go back into your scan list edit mode.
