Batboard

I am looking for schematics on the TLN3047 controller board out of a CLB. I need to determine if this board can be modified so that it will pass audio like a normal repeater. I believe that this board was not intended to be used on UHF (440 MHz) but I think it may be possible for it to pass audio. Please let me know if you can help with obtaining schematics or if you have had experience in converting them.
