CP040 programming problem

Hi all,

I have four CP040 and I can't read them...

This i how I am trying:

1) Open R05.05.00 EUROPE
2) Put the RIP in com and in the radio.
3) I turn on the radio.
4) I push Read butten in software.

After maby 10 sec. the software gives me this error:

ERROR # 512
Unable to read.
Check to see if radio is connected,
radio is powered on
and COM port settings is correct.


Can anybody help quickly ??
