Batboard

I bought a new case for the ht1250 model 3. I figered out how to pull all the stuff but the display itself. It seems to be stuck. How the heck is the dispaly held in the case? I don't want to dig much deerer until I'm sure how to get it out....

If it's anything like my PRO7550 is, there's a squareish "o-ring" made of adhesive foam. Just lift it off carefully.
