Batboard

I have been working with a local fire department who wants to cross band repeat from thier 800 MHz Atro Spectra radio to thier Motorola Maxtrax 150 MHz and vise-versa. They own a Motorola TRA 100R but without the owners manual or service manual for me to make up the proper cableing to the Spectra to the TRA 100R. The department also does not have any software for it either. Does anyone have the documentation or better yet the correct wiring pinouts to accomplish it?

I found a copy of the RICK controller that looks similar but does not help very much. Any help on this is appriciated.
