Hello,

I have programmed some frequencies in my GP300 (UHF) like

Channel 1 : 433.600 - TPL 88,5hz
Channel 2 : 433.600 - CSQ

I just want to know if i can do something like this;

Channel 1 : 433.600 CSQ and when i need it TPL 88,5 mhz by using a button of the radio. Do you know if it's possible?

I don't know if i explain it correctly... thanks for any help.

No, you cannot "turn on" the transmit PL tone with a button. You must program a mode with no transmit PL or a different PL tone.
