What are the differences between these 2 RSS's? I have access to R6.07 and when I program my MTS2000 with it, it trashes my Rx on the radio. Is there some variables in the alignment or else where that are different between the 2 versions of the software?

There should be NO alignment changes with either version of RSS as you must be in the alignment menu to change any radio tuning adjustments.

There are only a few to access to tune the entire radio, but those are loaded immediately within their individual menus/screens and do not 'set' when reading/writing channel data to the radio.

If you exit ANY tuning section before you F8(save) the setting, it will revert to the previous tuning data, that's about it.
