CDM 1250 radio programming issue

I've just received a CDM1250 & I programmed in 25 channels with the alpha tags and enabled "scan list 1" and only 9 show up in the radio when I step through the channels or scan? I re-read the unit in the software & all 25 show up under conventional personalities complete with names just not in the radio? This is way more complicated than programming my Maxtracs....

you have to assign the channels somewhere now. go down to the zone section and assign the channels a spot in whatever zone you want them in and you should be good to go.

That worked! I simply used the Zone wizard! thanks!

Ok, I THOUGHT I had this fixed, BUT I have only 8 channels showing up in the scan list even though 25 show up in the radio. I can't seem to figure out how to add the other 8 channels into the scan list?

In each conventional personality, make sure the scan is set for whatever list you're using, under the "scan' tab. By default, it's set to 'disabled' when you create personalities.
