P1225 Alignment

I have access to 3.1 RSS and a aftermarket RIB, what else is needed to align a P1225?

Service monitor, Dummy Load, Watt meter, power supply, tools....
Service Cable with output to service monitor....
Technical expierence / training ...
Programming:
a rib to radio cable.
