How the heck does Motorola 'count ' the PLs when programming one of these? I tried to program one, with 8 different PLs, and it told me I had 14. No way that I can count the PLs can I come up with the number 14. How do I determine how many I have, as per the Saber RSS?

That's the strange thing about it. What I'm trying to load doesn't add up to the 14 PLs the RSS claims any way you try to add it. I'll post back later with exactly what I'm trying to program.
