Lunch time is over - time to get back to work.

Just like any other 'blue chip' company, they've kept their heads buried in the sand when it comes to matters of common sense, and yet they still insist on forging ahead, even when they know the 'bridge' was already washed-out up ahead.
Time for a changing of the guard at /\/\ HQ; the current body has gone out to lunch (mentally) concerning company longevity, customer service, manufacturing & supporting a quality product, etc.. and has yet to return.

My mistake on that one guys. The reply was indeed for the
Dejavu Motorola's (CDTI) Subscriber Operations thread, but I inadvertently hit new topic instead of post reply.
I really need to layoff the coffee.
Thanks for catching that one.
