"Extrakeyapp" for the MW-520...anyone get it to wo

Ok, this has become a mission in life. I have a factory restored 5203A and 5205A MW520. I haven't restored the 05 yet, so this is based off of the 03.
Have you every been able to get the "extrakeyapp" to work on a 520, or know which model its suppose to work on? The hardwarekey drivers are loaded. On the 5203, you see it load quickley as a taskbar icon, the it disappears. There is a box the also pops up and disappears quickly on the desktop that says "extra key" then its gone too.
Any suggestions?
