Can't get my MT1500 1.5 to activate to page

HAVE ALL THE CORRECT TONES BUT THE RADIO WILL NOT BEEP WHEN THE TONES ARE SENT. ANYONE OUT THEIR THAT CAN GO OVER THIS WITH ME ..

I am having the same issue and have contacted Motorola.
The MT1500 Model 1.5 will not at this time Decode MDC
It should however decode Quick Call and Alert according to the RSS.
I have a call into Motorola over this issue. Will advise what I learn..
