Does anyone have any experience installing an Astro Spectra (VHF W3)tranceiver in a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer? In my '04 Explorer, the transceiver (box) fit under the rear right folding passenger seat (there was adequate clearance) and my siren amp fit under the front passenger seat). This one (2007) looks a little more complicated - The front passenger seat is adjustable for height and the rear right passnger (60/40 bench) seat has some type of crossmember support under it but I am still hoping to be able to get the box under it. The vehicle is leased so I am looking to minimize visible alterations. Charlie

it will fit under the back seats even when they are folded down. just did a 07 ford explorer and we all know there the same truck
