Can anybody tell me what I can do in the front panel programming mode? And what i have to use RSS for?
Such as Channel Name, Channel Freqs, PL Tones, Paging Chanels (quick call II), Adding Channels/Deleteing Channels, Adding/Deleting Zones, etc.
Thanks

The FPP will do TX/RX feqs, and PL/DPL, and Wide, Mid, or Narrow BW. The rest needs to be done in CPS. The channel info(TX/RX freqs, & PL) can be set to dispaly full time on one of the four lines.

it's not worth it, you can't even add channels, you can only edit the ones you already have. and that goes for everything, you can't add anything new, just edit what's already there. but it's still a great radio.

If you do want one, let me know. I just got in 28 UHF 403 to 470 units. I'll be selling some in a few weeks when I get the firmware update done, and new housings on.
