HT600 charger problem

Hi gang; I have an HT600 slow charger (NTN5540A) that doesn't want to work. I noticed that the wall wort isn't putting out any power. It's a 20VDC .12A supply. I'm hoping that's all that is wrong with it. Do I have to replace it with 20 volts, or can I get by with another voltage? I've only ever seen slow chargers with a 12 volt supply, so this struck me as a bit odd.
Thanks!

Most slow chargers are constant current devices. To get that from a fixed supply, the higher the voltage, the more constant the current as the battery charges.

Find another 20V 120mA power supply and be thankful the old one had ratings on it.

That's what I figured. Thanks for the input!
