Spectra current draw?

Spectra current draw?

Can anyone give me an extimated *maximum* current draw (Tx, Rx, and standby seperately) for a 45W VHF trunk-mount Spectra?

Mike, the post got moved to the correct forum...


Spectra's draw about 1/3 to 1/2 amp standby,

1/2 to 2 amps receive more current with the louder volume setting.

TX about 10 to 15 amps...

The current tru the Green or IGN lead is neglegable, less than 1/4 amp.
