I am trying to program an MT2000 with MPL. I have set up the list, assigned a button, and enabled the appropriate conventional personality options. The radio receives the program without errors, but, when using the radio, I cannot get the programmed button to bring up the MPL. The physical button itself is working, as it turns on the autolight, but no MPL function occurs. On another forum, it was suggested that MT2000 does not support MPL. Why, if this is the case, do RSS and the programming manual, indciate that it should?

An MT2000 will not do MPL even though it may show up in the RSS. You need an MTS 2000 with firmware into the 6's for it to function.
