Can someone give me the part #'s for complete control heads for the MCS2000 Model 1, 2, & 3?

Or point me in the right direction to find them myself??

Are they somewhere along the lines of HCNxxxxx??

hcn4058 = model 2

hcn4059 = model 3

what i don't know is what's included. i don't know if that's the complete kit or not....
