Zetron Model 25 programming

Anyone have any info on programming a Zetron Model 25 using hyperterminal. I have not been having much luck and a walk through would be greatly appreciated. My department has one connected to a MCS 2000 in a back-up console and all the capcodes need to be updated. Thanks
