Hello all,
I was just curious... i FINALLY got around to ordering my 2 radios from MOTO. ( early january delivery date)
I was just at the moto site and saw something that i did not know about what is the "optional board option" they speak of?

all of the 1550xls comes with the voice storage module built in but you can add modules like encryption or things like that.

thank you.... since i'm just hamming.. i doubt the encryption would work for me(well through a rptr) but point to point that might be fun to use.... i used to have all that jazz in my SS3'S KVL and everything.. but i got out of that now just a basic portable will do just fine.. I see all the trouble folks are going through when they buy xts's i dont need it...
