Same Program Cable for Saber as Systems Saber ?

Post by Leadenwah »

I understand that the programming cable for the ASTRO-SABER is different from the regular Saber.

Will the same (RIB TO RADIO) programming cable work for both the regular or standard Saber as well as the Systems Saber ?

Thanks.

Yep, and you can even make it an Astro Saber cable by adding a single pole double throw switch and switch the one line between pin 6 and pin 8. That's how i build mine, one cable, the entire Saber series.
