Batboard

Hey all...I am new here .....I know nothing about radios but reciently aquired 2 motorola HT750 radios in a trade.I cant figure out what the buttons on the side do and they wil transmit between each other.
Is there anyone here local to Charlotte NC that can program them?

if you can't find anyone local let me know, i'll do them if you want to mail them out to Indinanapolis.
